YPF shares tumble 30 percent as trade resumes

Shares in Argentine oil firm YPF plunged 30 percent Wednesday in New York after a suspension of a day and a half of trading in the group which Buenos Aires is nationalizing from the Spanish firm Repsol. In midday trade, YP was quoted at $13.63 dollars, a drop of 30.1 percent from the time trading was suspended Monday.
