The Turkey's overall export unit value and import unit value indices decreased by 7.6%, 5.2%, respectively in July 2012, Anatolia news agency reports. Turkish statistics authority, TurkStat released foreign trade indices for July 2012. In the same month, compared to July 2011, the export unit value index for agriculture and forestry, fishery, mining, manufacturing dropped by 1%, 7.9%, 5.6%, 7.8%, as compared with the corresponding month of the preceding year. In July 2012, the import unit value index for agriculture and forestry, mining, manufacturing decreased by 21.1%, 1.9%, 4.8%, respectively.
