Treasury in tribunal fight

A civil servant who says he was sacked after claiming that top Treasury officials undermined a key tax policy of Chancellor George Osborne "seemed incapable of working in a team environment", an employment tribunal has heard. Senior tax adviser David Owen (48), who worked for the Treasury for 18 years, says he was unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing.
