Sidi Said: Article 87 bis of the Labour Code will be repealed

Article 87 bis of the Labour Code will be repealed at the next revision of this code, , Abdelmajid Sidi Said Secretary General of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) said Wednesday in Algiers. "Article 87 bis is over. This time, it is clear that it will be dealt with preparing the management of this issue in the Labour Code next revision," said Sidi Said in a speech at the opening of a meeting of UGTA national federations devoted to the result of the 14th Tripartite meeting held on September29 and 30.
