Seoul government mulls adjusting list of items subject to excise tax

The government is considering adjusting the list of items subject to special consumption tax as part of efforts to reflect people's changed consumption patterns, government sources said Wednesday. According to the sources, the government recently commissioned an outside researcher to conduct a study on changing the items on the list.
