Securities regulator files complaint against 3 analysts

South Korea's securities regulator said Wednesday that it has filed a complaint against three analysts of securities firms and an official of CJ E&M Corp. on suspicion that they shared undisclosed inside information of the country's entertainment giant. The move by the Securities and Futures Commission underscored the regulator's commitment to combating an alleged widespread practice of sharing undisclosed inside information among company officials and analysts at the cost of retail investors.
