Saudi commerce minister to open GCC accounting and auditing forum

The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah will open here on Tuesday the 8th Annual Forum of Accounting and Auditing Organization of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Organization's Executive Director Dr. Nasser bin Ibrahim Al-Qa'oud said in a press statement today that the forum comes in line with a growing interest in the roles being played by accounting and auditing profession in the GCC safety and growth of economies, the strengthening of investment environment, the fight against corruption and promotion of integrity and sustainable development.
