S. Korea agrees to send water resources experts to Libya

South Korea will send water resources engineers to Libya as early as this month to help build the war-devastated African country, the South's foreign minister said Friday. Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan said he reached the deal with interim Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril of the rebel-led National Transitional Council on the sidelines of an international conference in Paris on how to rebuild the African country.
