The Qatar Exchange yesterday reported the largest single day gains in a year as investors’ confidence brightened, especially among institutions, after Germany’s top court gave its approval for the new euro bailout fund. Industrials and consumer goods largely witnessed more buying interests as the 20-stock QE Index (based on price data) gained 1.13% to 8,570.56 points.
