Polish Economy Minister Janusz Piechocinski said on Friday that the trade with Africa will grow three-fold by the end of next year. According to Polish media, Piechocinski mentioned the Ursus plant's recent tractor supply contract with Ethiopia and said the Ethiopian contract will be followed by further deals with African countries. In September, the Ursus factory in Lublin, in east part of Poland sealed an 90-million-dollar contract with Ethiopian military corporation METEC for the supply of 3,000 tractors. This and successive contracts with Africa in other areas have been part of the Go Africa! Program of the Polish government.
