Park promises to strengthen financing for innovative startups

President Park Geun-hye said Thursday the government will strengthen efforts to provide financing support for innovative startups, stressing that financing is key to embodying their ideas into business reality. Park also said the government will boldly remove or ease regulations that prevent startups from moving forward with their business ideas, as she spoke during the opening ceremony for a fair at COEX organized to promote the awareness of her "creative economy" campaign.
