OIC ministers of labor hold their first meeting

Labor ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Member States held today their first meeting on the sidelines of the 19th International Conference on Safety and Health at Work which will be held in Istanbul, Turkey on 13-17 Shawwal, 1432 H (11-15 Sept., 2011 G). The meeting was chaired by Minister of Labor, Engineer Adel bin Mohammed Faqih who led the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to this meeting which discussed the status of the labor market and ways to provide job opportunities for younger generations as well as the issue of occupational health and safety at the workplaces in the OIC the Member States.
