Obama: 'Europe has the capacity' to meet debt challenge

US President Barack Obama hailed what he said was good progress in talks with his G20 partners on finding ways to solve the eurozone debt crisis, which has threatened the world economy. "Having heard from our European partners over the past two days, I am confident Europe has the capacity to meet this challenge," he said after the G20 summit of the world's biggest economies in the French resort of Cannes.
