Iran's Presidential Advisor and Acting Head of the High Council of Iranians Affairs Abroad (HCIAA) Akbar Torkan said that the new Iranian administration is resolved to remove obstacles to the return of Iranian experts to their homeland to take part in the development of the country. Referring to presence of Iranian experts abroad, especially in modern technologies, Torkan underlined necessity of planning and taking necessary decisions to use these capacities in the related sectors in Iran. Iran has managed to make remarkable achievements in scientific and industrial fields in recent years and produced many devices locally. Sanctions imposed against Iran over its peaceful nuclear program have helped the country obtain self-reliance and self-sufficiency in scientific spheres.
