The Moroccan-Spanish Parliamentary Forum began Wednesday in Rabat, with the aim of promoting reconciliation between parliamentarians of the two countries. The Forum also aims to reinvigorate relations of friendship and cooperation between Morocco and Spain. It will address various issues in the economy, migration and displacement, parliamentary relations, as well as policy and security. Organized at the initiative of the two chambers of the Moroccan parliament, the meeting is chaired by Karim Ghellab, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah, President of the House of Councilors, as well as Jesus Posada Moreno, President of the Chamber of Deputies and Pio Garcia Escudero Marquez, President of the Senate.
