German Chancellor Angela Merkel addresses a press conference after meeting with European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso at the EU headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. The two leaders on Wednesday urged more solidarity and coordination at the EU level amid efforts to stem the contagious debt crisis in the euro zone.
