
The Turkish city of Istanbul will host the Ninth Turkish-Arab Economic Forum on Wednesday and Thursday May 28 and 29 which is expected to see the participation of a large number of Arab and Turkish economic and business leaders. In a press statement issued Friday, the forum organizer Al-Iktissad Wal-Aamal Group said that the meeting will serve as a platform for dialogue and communication between Turkish officials, investors and business leaders and their Arab counterparts. It added that the forum would tackle a wide array of issues with the special focus on the macroeconomic developments, strategic policies, and major investment opportunities in Turkey and Arab countries. The organization of the event for the ninth year in a row reflects the great success it has achieved in the previous editions, it said, adding that over 400 will take part in the forum including several Turkish and Arab ministers
