Iran planning to export more handicrafts to Kuwait

Deputy Head of Iran's Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (CHHTO) Bahman Namvar Motlaq underlined his organization's enthusiasm for exploring new ways to export new and more products to Kuwait. The Iranian officials said that planning and promoting cultural activities, particularly handicrafts and traditional arts, in Kuwait can create a new economic hub and pave way for other cultural activities in the Muslim country. The official said, "We will send a team for studying the Kuwaiti market for handicrafts. We hope we can have a foothold in Kuwaiti handicraft market by making precise plans." Iran and Kuwait have sought to expand bilateral ties through exchanging several high-ranking delegations in the last few years.
