
The Trade & Industry Department 's Support & Consultation Center for SMEs will hold a seminar on starting up a successful business enterprise later this month, according to a statement posted on the website of the Hong Kong government. Speakers will include the B&J Marketing Consultancy COO Jacky Luk and Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Senior Vice President ( Operations) Stanley Chan, the statement said. The speakers are expected to share their expertise on marketing strategy for business start-ups and introduce the support services for entrepreneurs and self-employed people under the Microfinance Scheme. There will also be an introduction to the Youth Business Hong Kong program and its support services, according to the statement. The seminar, to be conducted in Cantonese, will be held at 2:30 p.m. local time in the Hong Kong Central Library lecture theater on March 28.
