Political advisor of senior political leader of Hamas Ismail Haniyeh, Yusuf Rizka said on Monday that they evaluate the proposal to strenghten the economy by United States Secretary of State, John Kerry as a bribery. Rizka told AA that the proposal (of USD 4 billion private-sector economic initiative for the West Bank and Gaza Strip), "does not provide the basic needs of the Palestinian people. We evaluate this as a bribery." Rizka underlined that the project of Kerry was not successful and was not supported by the Palestinian people and added that Kerry's sanction plan was compatible with the Israeli vision.
