Grain prices were higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade on trader anticipation of a bullish Department of Agriculture report due Thursday. Corn was unchanged to up 1/4, soybeans were off 1 to up 2 1/4, wheat was up 1/2 to up 3 1/2 and oats were up 7 1/4 to up 7 1/2. Gains in corn future were muted by a stronger dollar -- the dollar index rising 0.5 percent on the International Exchange.
