Gov't approves draft law on old-age and disability pensions

The government on Tuesday passed a drat law changing to date law on old-age and disability pensions, the Government Information Centre (CIR) reported. The government approved the valorization of old-age and disability pensions in 2012 by a lump-sum of PLN 71, CIR wrote in a statement. "In accordance with the draft, all old-age and disability benefits will be raised by the same amount of PLN 71," CIR reported. The implementation of the draft prepared by the Labour Ministry is planned to cost PLN 7.2 billion in 2012.
