Finland approves increase in EU bailout fund

Finland's parliament on Wednesday voted to increase the size of the European Union's debt bailout fund in a move that will take the Nordic country a step closer to participating in Greece's second rescue package. "The result of the vote is -- 'Yes' 103, 'No' 66, with 30 absent," parliamentary speaker Eero Heinaeluoma said after the vote in the 200-seat legislature.
