EU gives 10 million Euros grant to Jordan

The European Commission, the executive arm of the European Union, has allocated an additional 10-million Euros grant to Jordan for the "Support to Enterprise and Export Development Program", Jordanian Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Jafaar Hassan said. The minister added that the Kingdom and the EU are working to determine activities that will be supported by the grant, Jordan news agency (PETRA) reported. Hassan explained that the grant will be used in the establishment of enterprise development units in the various regions of the Kingdom. He noted that the grant agreement will be signed in the next few weeks.
