Egypt's Meditrade buys 38000 tonnes of edible oils

Egyptian commodity purchasing enterprise Meditrade has bought 22,000 tonnes of sunflower oil and 16,000 tonnes of soyoil, a trader said on Tuesday. Meditrade bought the 22,000 tonnes of sunflower oil from Quadra at $1,114.44 per tonne for delivery between 1 July and 21 July, the trader said. He also said Meditrade bought 6,000 tonnes of soyoil from Alex Seeds at LE6,845 ($1,100) per tonne and 10,000 tonnes of soyoil from Wataniya also at LE6,845 per tonne.
