The Egyptian Minister of Planning Ashraf El-Arabi announced that the Kuwaiti financial aid approach to Egypt is imminent, commending the sustainable cooperation between the two nations. The Kuwaiti aid offered to Egypt is estimated at USD 4 billion - USD three billion of which will be distributed by USD two billion as an interest-free deposit at the Egypt Central Bank, and a remaining USD one billion offered in the form of petroleum derivates.
