Egypt, Russia in talks on joint investments

Minister of Trade, Industry and Investment Munir Fakhry Abdel-Nour will holds talks Tuesday with Russia's Agriculture Minister Nikolay Fedorov on increasing economic and investment cooperation. In a statement, the ministry said Abdel-Nour, who arrived in Moscow earlier on Monday, would have talks on implementation of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two countries. Abdel-Nour said a number of cooperation deals would be signed based on the results of the meetings that would continue till Wednesday. A number of Russian companies in the fields of gas exploration, energy and infrastructure will also meet the minister on new investments.
