EC adopts new programme to support justice reform in Tunisia

The European Commission adopted a new programme worth 25 million Euros for a four-year period that will benefit directly all the Tunisian population and help enhance the independence and efficiency of the judiciary, improve access to and functioning of the judiciary and modernise prisons, in accordance with international standards, the Ministry of Justice said in a statement published Wednesday.
