China signs Multilateral Tax Convention, joining global efforts to combat tax evasion

China on Tuesday signed the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters, participating in global efforts to combat tax avoidance and evasion by cooperating with other states in the assessment and collection of taxes. The report attributed 74 percent of the civilian deaths to the attacks of Taliban insurgents and other armed groups.
