
Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) Dr. Essam Abdulla Fakhro has lauded the sound directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, to government bodies to adopt the new e-complaints and suggestions system (Tawasul). He said the system would provide an opportunity to the public to share their feedback on the quality of government services by submitting complaints about shortcomings and failures to address issues, increase government performance and maintain transparency. Dr. Fakhro also praised and expressed pride in His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa's constant follow-up on the citizens' complaints and proposals regarding the services provided by all ministries and public departments, and instructions to them to address them without delay, which, he said, reflects the Premier's keenness to improve and upgrade the quality of those services. He pointed out that HRH Crown Prince's directives to government departments to join the Tawasul system would satisfy the citizens, boost their confidence in ministries and upgrade the quality of services, stressing the importance of all relevant sides' commitment to implementing them in order to achieve the aspired for goals. He added that those wise directives reflected the government's constant desire to enhance the positive relations of the ministries and state departments with the citizens, and provide high-quality services. Dr. Fakhro emphasised that bringing about more progress and prosperity for Bahrain and its people requires all governmental and non-governmental bodies to continue their successful cooperation and coordination and full adherence to the principles embedded in His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's pioneering Reform Project. He affirmed that thanks to leadership of HM the King, HRH Premier and HRH Crown Prince, Bahrain has made innumerable landmark strides in various field in a record time, and will ensure a better future for its citizens. He pledged that BCCI will spare no effort to implement the directives of the wise leadership in order to meet the expectations of the Bahraini people.
