Barroso: greece will meet its commitments

Jose Manuel Barroso, the president of the European Commission, said at a press conference in Canberra on Monday that Greece has said that it will meet its commitments. Barroso added that he''s not expecting a recession in Europe and sees modest growth in the European Union. Greek Minister of Finance Evangelos Venizelos has eralier said the current judge whether the Greek government rescue provisions of the macro-prudential objectives too early, but he also said that Greece will honor their commitment.
