Bahraini shura council delegation visits beit al-Tejjar

A Shura Council delegation today visited the headquarters of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI).Led by Financial and Economic Affairs Committee Chairman Khalid Hussain Al-Maskati, the delegation held a meeting with the newly-formed BCCI board.Mr. Al-Maskati stressed the crucial role of Bahraini businessmen and investors in energising the national economy.He called for a bigger partnership between the Shura Council and the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) to promote the investment environment in Bahrain, attract capitals, boslter the economic momentum and generate jobs.He congratulated the BCCI board members on their elections, wishing them success in assuming their duties.He also stressed the crucial importance of expanding the scope of their partnership to ensure their contribution in economic decision-making.
