Assistant of the President of the Republic, Musa Mohamed Ahmed, expressed his appreciations of the progress in the distinguished relations between Sudan and the Sultanate of Oman. This came when the Assistant of the President received Thursday the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, Abdallah bin Rashid, in his office at the Republican Palace. The Assistant of the President, who is also the Chairman of the higher committee assigned with completion of the Sports City of Sudan, reviewed the possible contribution of the Sultanate of Oman to completing the Sports City of Sudan. The Omani Ambassador affirmed in a statement to the press after the meeting the readiness of his country to contribute to completion the Sports City after giving him all the necessary information, stressing the importance of the Sports city. He appreciated the fraternal relations between the Sudanese leaderships with the members of the diplomatic missions, affirming that he would spare no efforts to cement the bilateral relations. He also asserted the readiness of the Sultanate of Oman to cooperate with the Sudan in all the domains.
