
The Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah has held a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of Nissan Motor Company Carlos Ghosen and the company's officials during his current visit to Japan within the official delegation accompanying Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense. Dr. Al -Rabiah stressed the importance of providing better services to customers and the need to open separate offices for them in the Kingdom and enable a greater number of agents to provide after-sales services throughout the Kingdom. For his part, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company affirmed the Company's intention to establish an independent office in the Kingdom to be managed independently by the company in Japan and appoint a number of agents in the Kingdom, noting that its new office will establish an independent call center for consumer services. It is noteworthy that the Minister of Commerce and Industry is making several visits to Japanese companies invested in the Kingdom. The meeting comes within the Ministry's efforts to discuss with the manufacturers and investors in the Kingdom. Dr. Al-Rabiah has so far met with officials of the Companies of " Isuzu " and " Toyota " in Japan, " Ford " , " General Motors " and " Chrysler " in the United States of America, and " Kia " and " Hyundai " in South Korea for the same purpose .
