Finance professionals to gather at the ACT Middle East Conference to discuss the on-going shift of economic power from west to east. On Oct.8 and 9, 2012, the ACT (Association of Corporate Treasures) will hold its annual Middle East Conference in Dubai. Over 300 delegates from across the GCC will come together to discuss and debate the key issues facing corporate treasurers, risk managers and corporate finance professionals operating in the Middle East region.
