Robbers made off with over 10-million-euros worth of jewelry snatched from the car carrying Rosa Maria Buccellati of the Milan-based antique-jewelry family in the center of Milan, police said on Monday. Fifty-two-year-old Buccellati from the four-generation jewelry company was returning from a trade show when her car was rammed from behind and thieves grabbed bags of goods late Sunday. Buccellati, who was transporting the pieces in a case placed on the passenger's seat, lost track of the thieves after a brief chase, police said. No injuries were reported and police are investigating the incident.
