Seoul shares end flat

Seoul shares ended almost unchanged on Monday, with the benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index edging down 0.03 point to close at 1,957.42. Trading volume stood at 361 million shares worth 3.61 trillion won (3.35 billion U.S. dollars). The local currency finished at 1,079.0 won against the greenback, up 2.7 won from Friday's close.
