Qatar stock exchange up 0.32%

The Qatar Exchange was not in the green area Thursday downing 26.46 points or 0.32% to 8,316.05 points from the previous closing of 8,342.51. The volume of shares traded was up to 15,120,199 from 14,205,914 on Wednesday and the value of shares add to QR 302,722,534.74 from QR 294,215,556.12 Wednesday. Top gainers were Industries Qatar which was up 0.97% to QR 132.10, Al khalij Commercial Bank fall 1.05% to QR 17.00 , Al Kaleej Takaful down 3.33% to QR40.60 and Barwa up by 0.19% to QR26.70. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector down 6.44 points while the Insurance sector rose 8.05 points. The Qatar industrial sector down 11.72 points and the Services sector added 22.23 points.
