Qatar stock exchange up 0.75%

  The Qatar Exchange in green area on Tuesday 73.91 points or 0.75% to 9,915.21 points from the previous closing of 9,841.30 points on Monday. The volume of the shares up to 9,209,695 from 5,406,937 on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR 530,010,010.35 from QR 287,207,027.51 Monday. Among the top gainers were Qatar National Bank whose share up 1.15% to QR 166.50, Comm. Bank of Qatar whose share added 0.90% to QR 67.00, United Dev. Company gained 0.54% to QR 22.14 and Industries Qatar increased by 0.94% to QR 161.60. The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.73% points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index raised 0.74% points. The industrial sector was gained 0.84 % points while insurance sector up 0.63 % points.
