Qatar stock exchange up 0.18%

The Qatar Exchange in the green area on Sunday adding 17.34 points (0.18%) advance to 9,669.69 points from 9,652.35 on Pervious Closing. The volume of the shares traded fell to 4,006,523 from 4,227,500 on Thursday and the value of shares increased to QR 155,665,065.60 from QR 253,769,172.60 Thursday. Among the top gainers were Comm. Bank of Qatar which was up 0.90% to QR 67.00, Doha Bank gained 0.73% to QR 54.90, Barwa gained 0.94% to QR 26.90 and Gulf warehousing Co up by 1.01% to QR 40.00 . The Banking and Financial sector index was added 0.30 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index up 0.42 points. The industrial sector was gained 0.27 points while insurance sector lost 0.83 points.
