Qatar stock exchange down 0.85%

The Qatar Exchange down on Tuesday 82.14 points or 0.85% to 9,536.12 points from the previous closing of 9,618.26 points. The volume of the shares up to 7,592,512 from 6,395,843 on Monday and the value of shares increased to QR241,746,374.82 from QR184,705,625.30 Monday. Among the top losers were International Islamic Bank whose share dropped 1.79% to QR55.00, Doha Bank lost 0.75% to QR53.00, Al khalij Commercial Bank fell 1.01% to QR18.61 and Vodafone Qatar down by 0.99% to QR9.00. The Banking and Financial sector index was dropped 0.40 points while Consumer Goods and Services sector index lost 0.22 points. The industrial sector was down 1.14 points while insurance sector fell 1.46 points.
