The Qatar Exchange in the green area Thursday adding 2.22 points or 0.03% to 8,377.00 points from the previous closing of 8,374.78. The volume of shares traded was up to 3,936,508 from 3,046,395 on Wednesday and the value of shares was increased to QR156,888,603.35 from QR113,487,164.89 Wednesday. Top gainers were Qatar National Bank which was up 0.78% to QR141.90, Comm. Bank of Qatar rose 1.93% to QR74.00, Masref Al Rayan gained 0.34% to QR23.60, and Qatar Telecom up by 1.10% to QR156.70. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector added 50.16 while the Qatar industrial sector dropped 82.03 points and the Services sector was lost 5.37 points.
