The Qatar Exchange was down on Monday 0.41 points 8,285.67 points from the previous closing of 8,286.08 . The volume of shares traded was fell to 4,192,760 from 4,878,105 on Sunday, and the value of shares increased to QR 142,069,937.19 from QR 183,872,385.83 Sunday. Among the top losers were Industries Qatar whose share dropped by 0.79% to QR 137.70 , United Dev. Company fell 0.57% to QR 20.91 , Qatar Telecom lost 0.59% to QR152.90 and Qatar Navigation up 1.09% to QR83.40. Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector gained 4.53 and the Insurance sector added 17.29 points. The Qatar industrial sector dropped 72.80 points and the Services sector was up 20.54 points.
