Kuwait stock exchange ends trading on negative note

The Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) ended Sunday's trading on negative note with variance in the losses of its main indices. The price index declined by 71.28 points while the weighted index and KSX 15 index went down by 2.57 points and 5.04 points respectively. Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) said trades came to 7,980 transactions worth KD 31 million with volume at 324.9 million shares. The most active shares were of (IFA), (MAYADEEN), (EQUIPMENT), (GFH), and (ALDEERA), while the market top gainers were (UREC), (UIC), (KFIC), (HCC), and (TAHSSILAT).
