Kuwait stock exchange ends trade with main indices in green

Trading came to a stop Wednesday with main indices of Kuwait Stock Exchange in green territory, though some sector indices finished in red ink. The weighted index came to 463.44 points on an up of 1.04 points, the price index reached 7,902.65 points on a gain of 5 points, and the KSX 15 came to 1,094.63 points, ending the day up by 3.81 points. Trades came to 12,139 transactions worth KD 54,077,076.345 and 649,740,629 stocks changed hands. The sector indices were a mix of five green, six red, and three unchanged readings upon closing. Meanwhile, the five top volume shares for the day were (GFH), (ALDEERA), (IFA), (INVESTORS), and (MANAZEL). The top gainers were (IFAHR), (IRC), (NCCI), (MRC), and (EDU)
