KSE opens Tuesday on mixed ground

Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) opened trading Tuesday and showed mixed hues at 9:15 a.m. with the weighted index reading 419.86 points, with a minor gain of 0.03 points. Meanwhile, the price index went down losing 0.49 points, to reach 5,959.24 points. The KSX 15 index, which reflects trading in blue-chips, read 1,018.08, dropping 0.7 points, at time of this reading. Number of trades amounted to 331 transactions, value of traded shares reached KD 1,627,324.84, and volume of exchanged stocks stood at 17,612,121.
