Egypt's bourse gains 1.3bn pounds

The Egyptian Exchange showed on Sunday an upward trend at the start of this week trading prompted by purchases of Arab and Egyptian investors.
The market capital achieved gains worth EGP 1.3 billion to reach EGP 475.3 billion, after transactions hit EGP 285.7 million.
The EGX 30 benchmark index soared 0.97 percent to close at 7691.35 points.
The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) rose by 0.5 percent to 417.61 points.
The all-embracing EGX 100 index also increased by 0.37 percent to close at 877.51 points.
