Egyptian bourse gains 8bn Egyptian pound

Egypt’s bourse gained about 8 billion pounds over sessions of the last week with its main benchmark EGX up by 3.96 per cent to reach 6457 points while the broader EGX 70 index was up by 1.02 per cent to close 539 points. The all-embracing EXG 100 index was up 1.6 per cent to reach 896 points with EGX 20 index up by 3.96 per cent to close at 7538 points.
