Egypt stock exchange trading achieves highest trading volume in 2014

Egypt Stock Exchange has achieved its highest trading levels in 2014 as more than 55 billion securities and double of what was achieved in 2012 and 2013.
In its annual report, the EGX said the value of trading hit 187 billion pounds, the highest since 2010.
On the Arab and foreign traders in 2014, they hit 3.4 billion pounds, the first year for foreign traders to achieve net purchase since the 2011 revolution.
Also, the purchase trend of foreign investors this year was equal to the sales in the past two years.
