Banks investments at CBE hit EPH 1.03 trillion in September

The Central Bank of Egypt announced that the banks total investments in the treasury bonds hit EGP 1.03 trillion in September 2015 up from EGP 904 billion in December of the previous year.
A report released by CBE said the banks financial position reached EGP 2.4 trillion, compared with EGP 1.96 at the end of 2014.
The total value of the loans presented by banks to its customers, whether companies or individuals, hit EGP 771.6 billion in September compared with EGP 629.2 billion in late 2014.
